We’ll make a full backup copy of your virtual server every single week, so you never need to be afraid of losing vital info. Last but not least we can recover a backup really fast. All the backups are retained on a special machine with a RAID hard drive array, so if anything goes wrong with any part of your stored content, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Suggested that you’d like your VPS to have video streaming or video conversion capabilities, you have to install & set up certain software programs on it. And if this sounds like something far too complicated for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting service, an essential part of our Managed Services offer, is the right solution for you. Using it, you will have the full and uninterrupted attention of one of our veteran sysadmins who will install any software application or solve any issue that you’re experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services package comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Plans. With the KVM VPS Plans, it is an additional feature.
