E-mail Forwarding in Shared Hosting
If you have a shared hosting plan with us and you create email addresses inside your account, you will be able to forward it with only a few mouse clicks to another e-mail address of your choosing. The option can be activated whenever you create a new email address or any time later on and deactivated just as quickly in case you change your mind. This can be done through the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel where you can handle your account. You will also have the option to choose whether a duplicate of the inbound emails will stay on our servers or not. The main advantage of this feature is you will always have a backup on your end if something occurs with the other email address or maybe it's not active for whatever reason at the time an e-mail message is forwarded. In case the feature not active, an e-mail will be received, forwarded and erased from our system even if the remote e-mail is operating or not, so it can be quite a good idea for it to be active just to be prepared.
E-mail Forwarding in Semi-dedicated Servers
With a semi-dedicated server package through us, it requires just a few clicks to forward any of your email addresses hosted inside the account to a third-party mailbox. It will be possible to do that through the feature-rich Email Manager part of the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel and during this process you could also choose if a copy of your e-mails needs to be kept on our servers or not. The last feature is optional, but rather helpful as you will have a copy of your inbound e-mails, so whether or not anything occurs with the other mailbox, you won't lose any info. You're able to enable or disable the forwarding for just about any email address at any moment and forward the e-mails to various addresses if you'd like. You will also be able to view a list of all the email addresses that are forwarded and exactly where the emails are being sent to.
